Over 1,300 one-to-one meetings, 20 public conferences, 6,300 residents, countless moments of interaction. These are some numbers to describe an innovative experience that saw STUDIOARCO+ ENGINEERING engaged with the drafting of the PUCG (General Urban Plan) of the Municipality of Poggio Mirteto in the Province of Rieti.

SA+ has always proposed a grassroots participatory approach for all urban planning projects. Sensitizing and involving citizens through an Urban Lab desk in the municipal territory, ensuring maximum availability, is the true engine of community sociality.

The planning instrument is not meant to assign indices and parameters to the territory, but to build a city for everyone, regardless of personal conditions and beliefs.

During the Municipal Council on 17/11/22, the approval phase was initiated, which will lead to a final confrontation with the citizenship through individual observations and the subsequent closure of the general planning procedure.
